In 2009 Robin Williams and Associates Ltd designed a large private garden in Bolney Sussex, the hard and soft landscaping elements were put out to tender to three landscape contractors who we knew from previous experience to be capable of producing the very high standard of finish required by both myself and the client.
Paul Bentley was successful with his submission; this decision was based on both cost and his ability to achieve the desired end result. The project commences in November 2009 and was completed in November 2010, within the timeframe initially planned.
The work on this site required the construction of retaining walls, substantial areas of paving, the construction of both steps and terraces, and the paving and detail for the surrounding area for a new swimming pool. All work was carried out in a professional, competent and courteous manner.
The overall quality of the work was excellent with the finished project completed to a very high standard.
I have known and worked with Paul Bentley for many years and know him to be professional, reliable and extremely competent and the quality of his work is exceptional.

This was our first project working with Paul and we have been impressed with the service we have received.
Both Paul and his staff paid great attention to detail and if we were ever unclear about how our design should be interpreted they asked the right questions, took time to discuss them and paid attention to the small details throughout. The foreman was always on site when I arrived and kept in good contact with me so that we made good use of my site visits, with Paul being on hand whenever needed. As a company we take our responsibilities towards health and safety very seriously and it was good to work with a company that paid the attention to this that we would expect.
Overall the project went extremely smoothly, to schedule and with any last minute touches quickly and efficiently resolved. We would be happy to work with Paul and his team again in the future.

Despite awful weather conditions they worked non stop, thoughtfully put down protective covers on the floor and were polite and friendly at all times.

From start to finish Paul and his team worked so hard to deliver this project. Always courteous, mindful of the fact that they were working at a family home they kept the site tidy and as clean as possible despite all that the weather threw at them!
